Services & Engagement
What services does Necurity Solutions offer?+
Necurity offers a 360° cybersecurity suite covering eleven services: Red Teaming, Cyber Consulting & Advisory, Cloud Security Assessment & Planning, API Security Assessment, Firewall & Hardware Configuration Review, Email Phishing Assessment & Training, External Attack Surface Management, Dark Web Monitoring, Server Hardening, On-demand Application Audits, and 24×7 SOC / SIEM Service. You can subscribe to one, several, or the full 360° programme.
How long does a typical engagement take?+
Standalone assessments typically run 2–4 weeks depending on scope. The 360° subscription is delivered on quarterly cycles. On-demand audits for product launches or incidents can be mobilised within 24–48 hours. We confirm a precise timeline at scoping.
How do you scope an engagement?+
We begin with a discovery call to understand your environment, business objectives, compliance posture, and constraints. We then issue a written scope document — assets, methodologies, timelines, deliverables, and indicative pricing — for your sign-off before any technical work begins.
Can you do an emergency audit?+
Yes. Our on-demand application audit and incident-response capability can mobilise within 24 hours. Call
+91 8939 056 056 for urgent incidents, or email
sales@necurity.com with subject
"URGENT".
Deliverables & SLAs
What deliverables do I receive?+
Every quarter (or per engagement), you receive: a Red Teaming Assessment Report, Cyber Consulting Advisory, Cloud Security Assessment, API Security Assessment, Phishing Assessment Report, External Attack Surface Monitoring Report, Dark Web Monitoring Report, Server Hardening Report, Audit Closure Report, and an Executive Summary. All reports use the official Necurity letterhead and ship through your client portal.
What are Necurity's SLAs?+
Severity-tiered SLAs apply to remediation: Critical: 2 business days, High: 7 days, Medium: 30 days, Low: 90 days. Newly discovered critical vulnerabilities are addressed on a real-time basis within 48 working hours. SLA breaches are visible to you live in the client portal.
How do you handle false positives?+
Every finding is manually validated by our consultants before publication. False-positive rate on our reports is well under 2%. If you dispute a finding, our portal lets you raise a clarification — we either re-validate or close the finding with rationale.
Do you retest fixes?+
Yes — every fix is retested by our team and evidenced in the closure tracker. The retest is included in the engagement; you don't pay extra for revalidation.
The Client Portal
What is the Necurity 360° Client Portal?+
A unified workspace where you monitor your security posture, track remediation, access reports, and collaborate with our SOC team. Live security score, per-service dashboards, MTTR/SLA tracking, threat feed, dark web alerts, ticket workflow, and audit calendar — all in real time.

How do I log in to the portal?+
Each authorised contact in your organisation receives a welcome email with portal credentials. First sign-in requires a mandatory password change and triggers MFA via a one-time code sent to your registered email. Multiple-contact management is supported — different team members can have differentiated access.
Is the portal secure?+
Yes — to enterprise standards. MFA on every sign-in (email-based OTP), strong password hashing, encryption in transit and at rest, audit-logged actions, rate-limited auth endpoints, secure HTTP-only cookies with auto-timeout, and multi-tenancy enforced at every database query. GDPR and DPDP-friendly.
Can the portal integrate with our SIEM / ticketing tools?+
Yes. The portal is API-first — every dataset is accessible via REST. We've integrated with Splunk, ELK, ServiceNow, Jira, and PagerDuty. Custom integrations available on request.
Contracts & Compliance
Do you sign NDAs and MSAs?+
Always. We sign a mutual NDA and an MSA before any engagement begins. We have standard templates ready to share, and we're happy to work off your paper as well.
Are you ISO 27001 certified?+
Yes. Necurity Solutions is ISO 27001 certified, IRCLASS certified, and a NASSCOM member. We are also recognised as the Best Cybersecurity Company of the Year 2023 by the Global Triumph Foundation, featured in The New Indian Express, and listed among the Top 10 Cybersecurity firms in India by Insight Success.
Where is data stored?+
Data is hosted in regional cloud zones with point-in-time backups. Indian clients can opt for India-only storage. We honor data-residency requirements as part of contract terms.
What happens at the end of an engagement?+
Final reports, the closure tracker, and a handover document are delivered. On request, we honor right-to-erasure of any data we processed on your behalf, and provide a written confirmation of deletion.
